Service provided "as is"
PingISA is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee any specific results, lead conversion rates, or uninterrupted availability.
Your compliance responsibilities
You are solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations governing your outreach, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) in the United States and any equivalent SMS, messaging, and consent regulations in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary consent to message the leads you import or connect to PingISA.
Acceptable use & termination
You may not use PingISA for spam, harassment, or any unlawful purpose. PingISA may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law, at our discretion and without notice.
Billing
Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time from your billing settings; cancellation stops future charges and moves your account to the free tier at the end of the period.
Limitation of liability & governing law
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PingISA is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
