Refund Policy

7-day free trial
Every PingISA subscription starts with a 7-day free trial. You are not charged during the trial, and you can cancel any time before it ends to avoid being billed at all.
Cancel anytime
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings. Cancellation stops all future charges and keeps your access active until the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds or prorated credits for the current billing period once it has begun.
Billing errors
If you believe you were charged in error — for example, a duplicate charge or a charge after cancellation — email us at hello@pingisa.com within 14 days of the charge and we'll review and correct any genuine billing mistake.
After 14 days
Except where a refund is required by applicable law, charges are non-refundable after 14 days. Continued use of the service after a charge constitutes acceptance of that charge.
