What data we collect
For agents using PingISA, we collect your account details (name, email, phone number) and billing information processed by Stripe. On your behalf, PingISA stores the contact details of your leads — their name, email, and phone number — along with the messages exchanged with them.
How it's stored
All data is stored in Supabase on infrastructure hosted in the United States, isolated per account using row-level security. Payment data is handled by Stripe and never stored on our servers.
How long we keep it
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can delete all of your leads, or permanently delete your entire account and all associated data, at any time from your settings. Deletion is immediate and irreversible.
Sharing & processors
We don't sell your data. We share it only with the processors required to run the service: Supabase (database), Stripe (payments), Twilio (SMS/WhatsApp), Resend (email), and Groq (AI message generation).
